UMO Green / UMO Jade
MULTIPURPOSE OFFSHORE SUPPORT
The UMO GREEN and UMO JADE captains have a length of 27.06 meters and a width of 10.8 meters. They feature an innovative aluminum alloy trimaran hull design and can carry up to 24 passengers. Equipped with MAN engines, Hamilton water jets, and Active Hydrofoils, they enhance overall vessel control, comfort, while ensuring navigation safety, stability, and operational efficiency.
These are the first high-speed passenger vessels introduced to the Taiwan offshore wind power market. In compliance with the 'International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft (HSC) 2000,UMO has arranged theoretical and practical training in cooperation with the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, including high-speed craft-specific training. Taiwanese crew members have also been sent to a shipyard in Thailand to complete practical vessel navigation assessments, making them among the first in Taiwan to receive HSC-specific training certificates issued by the Ministry of Transportation.
